Great Resource for High School and Middle School Math - Kutasoftware.com

Happy Sunday Afternoon,

In our first 'real' blog post, I wanted to highlight one of the resources that has become invaluable over the past three years, and the best part about it is that it is FREE!  The resource I am talking about is Kutasoftware.com.  A fellow teacher referred me to this website a few years ago, and it is always one of my first stops for additional resources.  When you get to the website, click on the free worksheets for each subject.  You can also join to make your own if you would like.

The website contains resources for the following subjects:
  • Pre-Algebra
  • Algebra I
  • Algebra II
  • Geometry
  • Calculus.
Here is a screenshot from the Algebra 1 Free Worksheets.  Each worksheet usually contains about 20 questions, with answer sheets included, and the screenshot only shows about half of the sheets available.  I've really enjoyed the graphing worksheets, because each questions contains a small graph for the students to put their answer on.

Are there any other similar resources out there that you have used?  If so feel free to share them in a reply.
Also, another great resource that has increased exponentially in popularity over the last six months is Teacherspayteachers.com.  Here you will found almost every resource or activity imaginable.    Enjoy, and have a great week.
